I heard today that Roc Raida of the X-Ecutioners (X-men, for all the heads) passed away. I was a huge scratch-DJ nerd in the 90’s and watched the X-men vhs tape about a million times… I also saw him and the rest of the X-men play in Vancouver at MARS, It was awesome to say the least. Roc had such awe-inspiring beat juggling skills, but maybe the thing I liked about him the most was his swagger…he never seemed to even break a sweat when performing the most complex tricks.
Peace Roc, you will be fondly remembered.

Last week I attended the Magic/Project/Pool fashion trade shows in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, I felt overall they were pretty underwhelming, but I always have a good time in LV no matter what, here are a few flicks…
